Lazy Days of Summer

Things have been slow at DYNT recently...

Where is everyone?  My guess, getting into the summer groove.  I know I love summer.  For one thing, I'm finally warm.

But, like I said, it's been slow at DYNT, so where is everyone and what are they working on?  I recently saw a post/question some where about whether or not knitters put their knitting away in the summer 'cause the wool is just to hot.  Is that you?  Or do you put it away because there's just too much other stuff to do?  Are you a caner /freezer?  Gardening?

How about traveling, I often take a project with me when I go on vacation.  How about you?

I know for me, this time of year is just plain busy.  My DH's is home and we try and get those pesky house maintenance things taken care of.  The daylight lasts longer and I spend more time in the yard.  Vacation and family time take up chunks of time.  But I still have at least 2 projects going.  I frequently pick up my projects when I sit down to relax and cool off.  It sounds silly to some, but I just plain love wool - so summer heat doesn't really keep me from working with it.

Regardless, remember that DYNT is here when you need a new project to work on while sitting by the pool, waiting at the airport, talking to Grandmom at the family reunion...
